How to Apply
Our admissions process is simple and handled entirely online through our secure Parent Portal.
1. Create an Account
Register for a TUIO Parent Portal account to begin your application.
2. Complete the Application
Fill out the online application form, including student and family information.
3. Submit Supporting Documents
Upload report cards, references, and the CISVA Family Statement of Commitment.
4. Pay the Application Fee
Applications require a non-refundable fee — see Tuition & Fees for current amounts.
5. Interview & Decision
Families are contacted to schedule an interview; decisions follow shortly after.

Returning Student? Start Here Instead
Already have a student in Grades 8 to 11 at St. Pat’s? Re-registration for next year follows a different process. See Re-Registration.
Refer a Family, Get $200
Know a family considering St. Pat’s for Grades 9 to 12? Refer them to us and, once they’re enrolled for the full school year, you’ll receive a $200 tuition credit applied to your last payment of the year (this program doesn’t apply to our Grade 8 feeder-parish intake). Ask the front office for a Referral Incentive form — it needs to be filled out and signed with the referred family present at their first contact with the school. Refer after February 15 and the credit is prorated.
