Re-Registration

For current St. Patrick families in Grades 8 to 11 returning for the next school year. Re-registration packages are sent out in March or April, about three weeks ahead of the AGM, to give everyone enough time to complete parish sign-off.

1. Review Your Student Verification Form

Each family receives a Student Verification form pulled from MyEducation BC. Review it, note any changes, and sign.

2. Pastor Authorization

For families in a home parish, the school sends the Regional Parish Secretary and priest a signed authorization list directly, so most families don’t need to do anything for this step. Families who belong to an out-of-region parish, or who are non-Catholic, receive a blank Pastor Authorization form in their package to have signed.

3. Complete Your Fee Consent Form

Each package includes a Fee Consent form prepared individually for your student. Review the amounts and sign.

4. Email Everything Back

Scan or photograph your completed, signed forms and email them to the school office. We’ll confirm once everything is in and your student is re-registered.

Regional Parishes

Alongside each family’s package, the school sends Regional Parish Secretaries and priests a Pastor Authorization form and a list of students registered at their parish the previous year, so sign-off happens in parallel with families completing their own forms. Signed Pastor Authorization forms come back to the school directly from the parish.
